Kid Rock was a smoker for some time and no one thought that he would come up on stage with a cigar in his mouth standing next to Sheryl Crow but he did. Rumors have circulated that Kid Rock quit smoking cigarettes which is one of the reasons why people were shocked that he was smoking on stage.
